I have been waiting for my Oxometer to ship for over two months! It was part of a larger order and I received my masks in that order, but I want an update on why the delay is happening. I feel my order has been forgotten and there are too many ways to contact you with NO response. Why have so many points of contact if you don't hire enough people to reach out to clients? Why does this website need a forum?? This is a ridiculous website. Please provide an update to my order.
